Privacy Policy for FulFill

Last updated: September 19, 2026
Effective date: September 19, 2026

FulFill ("FulFill", the "Game", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Pristn Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Nebraska, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the FulFill mobile game and related services (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

This Policy applies wherever the Game is offered, including the United States, Canada, Latin America, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Quick summary

This summary is for convenience only. Please read the full Policy for details.

  • What FulFill is. A casual one-finger puzzle game. You swipe, the ball slides until it hits a wall and paints the squares it crosses, and a board is cleared when every square is painted. The Game has a relaxed mode you can play as a guest, and an optional ranked competitive mode with leaderboards and friends that requires an account.
  • What we collect. A randomly generated player identifier; your game progress and profile (levels cleared, coins, hints, the ball skins and board themes you own and equip, achievements, daily streak, and gameplay statistics), which syncs to the cloud; if you create an account, your sign-in identifier and the public username and avatar you choose; and, for ranked play, your scores and clear times. Our advertising partners also collect device identifiers to show ads, as described in Section 7.
  • Ads and purchases. FulFill is free and shows ads, including optional rewarded videos you choose to watch for in-game coins and hints. You can buy coin packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your card or banking details.
  • What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, calendar, photos, or microphone audio. We do not send marketing email and the Game sends no push notifications.
  • Public information. If you play ranked, your username, avatar ball, rank, and scores are visible to other players on the leaderboards, and your friend handle can be used by other players to send you friend requests.
  • Your control. You can play as a guest without an account, decline personalized ads where consent applies, and delete your account and server data from within the Game at any time.
  • Age. FulFill is intended for people who are at least 13 years old.

2. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal information is:

Pristn Technologies LLC
Omaha, Nebraska 68127, United States
Privacy contact: info@pristntechnologies.com
Support: contact@pristntechnologies.com

For users in Brazil, our data protection officer ("encarregado") can be reached at info@pristntechnologies.com.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Optional account. You do not need an account to play the relaxed mode. To play ranked competitive mode, add friends, or sync your progress across devices, you can sign in with Google (including Google Play Games on Android) or with Apple. From the provider we receive a verified account identifier and the basic details needed to link your game account; we use them to identify you, not to send you marketing.
  • Username and avatar. When you create an account you choose a public username (3 to 16 characters) and an avatar ball. These appear on leaderboards and in friends features, so pick a name you are comfortable showing publicly. Your full friend handle (your username plus a number) is shareable by you so friends can add you.
  • Communications. If you contact us for support, we receive the information in your message and your contact details.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Player identifier. The Game creates a random player identifier through Unity Authentication so your progress can be saved. As a guest this identifier is anonymous and tied to your installation; when you sign in it is linked to your account.
  • Game profile and progress. Your levels cleared in each mode, coins and hint balance, the ball skins and board themes you own and have equipped, achievements and claimed rewards, daily reward streak and daily play time, bonus and event counters, and gameplay statistics such as moves made, optimal clears, restarts, hints used, and total time played. This profile is stored on your device and synced to Unity Cloud Save so you can continue on another device.
  • Ranked play data. When you clear a level in competitive mode we process your move sequence and clear time on our game servers to validate the clear, compute your score, and place you on the weekly and all-time leaderboards.
  • Friends data. If you use friends features, we store your friend links, pending requests, and referral counters.
  • Device and technical information. Device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region settings, and similar technical data, used to run the Game, fix problems, and route your data. When your device connects to our service providers, your IP address is processed to deliver the connection and protect against abuse.
  • Settings stored only on your device. Your sound, music, vibration, and language preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

3.3 Information collected by advertising partners

Our advertising partners (Section 7) collect information from your device to deliver and measure ads, including your device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, subject to your device settings), IP address, coarse (city-level) location derived from IP, device model and operating system, and interactions with ads. We do not receive this raw data; we receive aggregate reporting.

3.4 Information from third parties

  • Sign-in providers. If you sign in, Google or Apple sends us a verified identifier and basic account details so we can create or access your game account.
  • App stores. When you buy a coin pack, we receive purchase confirmation and entitlement information (product, transaction identifier, and store) from the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card or bank details.

4. Device permissions

FulFill requests very little from your device. On Android it uses the vibration permission for optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the Game settings. The Game needs network access for syncing, ranked play, and ads, but the relaxed mode is playable offline. FulFill does not request access to your camera, photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, or precise location.

5. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide the Game: boards, progress, coins and hints, cosmetics, achievements, and daily rewards.
  • Save your progress and sync it across your devices through your account.
  • Operate ranked competitive play: validate clears, compute scores, and display leaderboards.
  • Operate friends features: friend requests, friends leaderboards, and referral rewards.
  • Show ads, including the rewarded videos you choose to watch, and measure their delivery (Section 7).
  • Process your coin pack purchases and deliver what you bought.
  • Protect the Service: prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the Game fair.
  • Fix problems and improve stability and performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not use your game data to build advertising profiles ourselves. Advertising personalization, where it happens, is performed by the advertising partners described in Section 7, subject to your choices.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, under the EU and UK GDPR or Brazil's LGPD), we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide the Game you request, including your account, progress sync, ranked play, and purchases.
  • Consent: for personalized advertising where consent is required, and for optional features that ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: to keep the Game secure and fair (including cheat prevention), to show contextual (non-personalized) advertising that funds a free game, and to improve reliability, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

7. Advertising

FulFill is free because it shows ads. Advertising in the Game is delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), an ad mediation platform, which works with Google AdMob and may call other certified ad networks to fill an ad. There are two kinds of ads:

  • Rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins or hints. These never play without your tap.
  • Banner ads shown during play.

To deliver ads, cap how often you see the same ad, detect fraud, and measure performance, these partners process device information described in Section 3.3, including your device advertising identifier.

Personalized versus non-personalized ads. Where the law requires consent (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you will be asked before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline; you will then receive contextual, non-personalized ads instead. Where consent is not required, ad partners may use your advertising identifier for personalization subject to your device settings and the choices below.

Your choices. You can limit ad personalization at any time: on Android, use "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in system settings; on iOS, use App Tracking Transparency prompts and "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in system settings. Where a consent dialog is shown in the Game, you can revisit and change your choice from the Game settings.

Ad partners act as independent or joint controllers for some of this processing under their own privacy policies: Unity LevelPlay/ironSource (unity.com/legal/privacy-policy) and Google AdMob (policies.google.com/privacy).

8. How we share information

We share information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information for money. Note that under some U.S. state laws, the transfer of device identifiers to advertising partners for personalized advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale"; Section 16.2 explains your opt-out rights.

  • Publicly, in the Game. Your username, avatar ball, rank, and scores are visible to other players on leaderboards, and your handle is visible to players you share it with or befriend.
  • With service providers (processors). Trusted providers operate parts of the Service on our instructions (Section 9).
  • With advertising partners. As described in Section 7.
  • For legal reasons. If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pristn Technologies LLC, our players, or the public, including investigating cheating or fraud.
  • In a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

9. Service providers

We rely on the following third parties to provide the Service. Each receives only the information needed for its function.

ProviderPurposeInformation involved
Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services)Player accounts (Unity Authentication), cloud saves (Cloud Save), leaderboards, server game logic (Cloud Code), and remote configurationPlayer identifier, sign-in tokens, game profile, scores and move data, friends data, device and technical data

Google AdMob and mediated ad networksServing ads through mediationDevice advertising identifier, IP address, device information, ad interactions
Google PlayApp distribution, in-app purchases on Android, and optional Google Play Games sign-inPurchase status and entitlements; sign-in identifier if used. Billing handled by Google; we never receive card data
AppleApp distribution, in-app purchases on iOS, and optional Sign in with ApplePurchase status and entitlements; sign-in identifier if used. Billing handled by Apple; we never receive card data

The Unity game engine that FulFill is built on may also collect limited device and diagnostic data needed to run the engine, as described in Unity's privacy documentation.

10. Leaderboards, friends, and public information

Ranked competitive play is social by design. If you create an account and play ranked, your username, avatar ball, rank, and scores appear on the weekly, all-time, and friends leaderboards, visible to other players. Your friend handle exists so other players can send you a friend request when you give it to them. Choose a username you are comfortable making public; do not use your real name or personal details in it. You can change your visibility by deleting your account (Section 13), which removes your name, rank, and history from the boards.

11. Children's privacy

FulFill is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to the extent your local law requires it. In some countries the age below which parental consent is required may be higher (up to 16 in parts of the European Union); where that applies, a parent or guardian must provide consent.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without the required consent, contact us at info@pristntechnologies.com and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Data retention

  • Game profile and account data are retained while your account exists so your progress stays synced.
  • Guest data is tied to your installation; deleting the app removes the local copy, and the associated anonymous cloud data becomes unreachable and is subject to routine deletion.
  • Leaderboard entries are retained for the life of the board; weekly boards reset on their cycle. Deleting your account removes your entries as described in Section 13.
  • Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting and legal compliance.
  • Backups maintained by our providers for disaster recovery may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

13. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from within the Game: Settings, then Account, then "Delete my account". When you delete your account:

  • We permanently delete your username, your rank, your ranked history, and your friends links from our live systems, and your leaderboard entries are removed.
  • Your server-side game profile is deleted or unlinked from your identity.
  • Coins, ball skins, and board themes stay on the device where they are stored, but are no longer backed up or synced; deleting the app afterward removes them for good.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchases are consumable coin packs and are not restorable after account deletion. If you need help, or want to request deletion without using the in-app control, contact us at info@pristntechnologies.com and we will process your request within the time required by law.

14. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Connections to our service providers use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to server data is authenticated per player, and competitive results and social data are validated and written by our server code rather than trusted from the client, which protects both fairness and integrity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and the service providers listed in Section 9 process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you use the Service from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Japan, or South Korea, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our providers, and on the necessity of the transfer to provide the Service you request.

16. Your privacy rights

Subject to your local laws and to verification of your identity, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can exercise the most important rights directly in the Game: play as a guest, decline personalized ads where a consent dialog is offered, and delete your account. For any other request, contact us at info@pristntechnologies.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

16.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the legal bases in Section 6 apply to our processing, and you have the rights listed above under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and the right to withdraw consent to personalized advertising at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority or, in the UK, with the Information Commissioner's Office.

16.2 United States (including California)

We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosures of device advertising identifiers to advertising partners for personalized ads may constitute "sharing" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) or a "sale" as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. You can opt out of this by declining personalized ads in the Game's consent dialog where shown, and through your device's advertising settings described in Section 7. California residents and residents of other U.S. states with comparable laws may also request to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and may designate an authorized agent. Contact info@pristntechnologies.com. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

16.3 Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws)

If you are in Canada, you may request access to and correction of your personal information and may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

16.4 Brazil (LGPD)

If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you the rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, and the right to petition the ANPD. Contact our encarregado at info@pristntechnologies.com.

16.5 Other countries

Many other countries where FulFill is available, including Japan (APPI), South Korea (PIPA), and countries in Latin America, provide similar rights under their own laws. If you reside in one of these countries, you may exercise the rights granted by your local law by contacting us at info@pristntechnologies.com.

17. Do Not Track

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common industry standard for them in mobile games. Your advertising choices are controlled as described in Section 7 and Section 16.2.

18. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice (such as an in-game message). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
